ALEXANDER KHOKHLOV art with portraits..

Ben Heine pop portraits from dots..

These are some great works by Ben Heine, dynamic creator of the Pencil vs. Camera technique, who has started another project that is equally captivating. His Digital Circlism series captures famous pop stars in what he describes as a cross between pointillism and pop-art. Each of these highly recognizable portrait takes a sizable 100-180 hours to complete as each circle of color is hand placed. Check out the last image for a peek at his labor intensive technique.

Seung Mo Park - sculptures from aluminum wire

Korean sculptor,Seung Mo Park  who received his degree in Fine Arts at Dong A University, continues to amaze with his astonishingly crafted figurative sculptures, made with tightly wrapped layers of aluminum wire based on fiberglass forms. The works shown here are part of the Brooklyn-based artist’s Human series where he recreates the delicate wrinkles and folds of clothing as well as the sinuous musculature of the human body in metallic layers reminiscent of tree rings. He’s also sculpted bicycles, musical insturments and other forms as part of his Object series. It is a great detailed work, full of lines and emotions..

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO CAME HERE, SPEND A LITTLE OF YOUR TIME AND HOPEFULLY FOUND SOMETHING INSPIRING... I WISH YOU ALL TO BE HAPPY AND STAY CREATIVE!!!!
